Ordering, Pricing and Payment Methods
- Fill in and submit the order forms accordingly
- Character’s visual references are required.

- Eg: Character sheets, artwork, or in-game screenshots (preferably in high resolution and close-ups).
- Some character designs’ physical appearance will have default detail fees applied to them due to their complexities. (Eg. FFXIV Au’ra & Hrothgar)
- Certain outfit details that come in the character reference, such as glasses and armor, will also have added labor tax regardless if a simplified option is selected by the client.
- Characters with intricate accessories, detailed clothing patterns and tattoos will have additional fees. If you are fine with us simplifying the design to reduce the cost, please select “Non-complex/Simplified” in the form under Complexity in Rendering. Otherwise, if you are willing to give us the freedom, we would be more than excited to go all out on details.

- We accept character concept design work. For characters with written descriptions only or if you require us to build a character using separate images.

- For non-chibi character design: starts at $50; price will increase depending on the complexity.
- For chibi characters: starts at $30; price will increase depending on the complexity.
- For design work that requires us to build an outfit idea, the same prices apply for both non-chibi and chibi.
- For this type of service, additional fees will be charged on top of the base price (default commission price + concept design fees). For example, if you require us to design both a non-chibi character($50) and their outfit($50) based on separate images, the design fee total will amount up to $100 and will be added to your chosen commission style’s base price. In cases like these, we would suggest you to avail our Character Sheet Commissions instead.

- We will contact you for the commission type and price confirmation after receiving your order.
- Payments will only go through Paypal invoice and in USD only.
- We’ll only start working on the commission after a full payment is received, unless special arrangements are agreed upon during order confirmation.
- Commission prices displayed are for personal use only. If you plan to use the art for commercial purposes, please specify in your order form so we can discuss the price and usage thoroughly. You may also refer to our Commercial Use Guideline written below.
- Should the commissioner wish for us not to post the completed work of their order on our social media and websites at all, we will need to charge a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of three times (x3) the total of the commission fee to abide by this condition.
- Priority Lane Service. For a customer who wants to have their order be prioritized above all others on our queue, we would require a rush fee on top of the total of the commission fee to accommodate a priority lane and deadline for their order.
- We can only offer this service to one person at a time, please check our queue list if it’s available.
- Depending on the commission type and deadline requirement, the additional fee will range from x3 to x10 of the original price.
- For Chibi types: 2 days at the earliest
- For Character Portraits: 4 days at the earliest
- For Illustrations: 1 – 2 weeks at the earliest, depending on complexity
- No refunds.
Work - in - progress and Timeline
- For regular commission types, we will send the WIPs for feedback on certain phases. You may have up to a total of 5 free corrections throughout the whole process.
- 2 minor corrections during the Sketch Phase (eg. small facial expression or limb placement change)
- 2 minor corrections during Flatting Phase (eg. base color change on character or clothes– keep in mind the overall colors may change depending on environmental or stylized rendering effect)
- 1 minor correction when the Piece has been rendered (eg. minor effect, color hue or color/shadow tweaking, please refrain from asking for a complete change of color such as from blue to red)
- Any more minor corrections will be charged an extra fee. Additionally, major corrections throughout all phases that require us to rework a part of the character will be charged an extra fee.
- WIP feedback stage will vary when it comes to YCH and quick commissions.
- Please note that should you change your mind about the design during the correction phases and wish for a major rehash (such as completely different pose or different outfit), or complete redraw of the piece, we will be charging an extra fee.
- After the commission is completed, you may only have minor corrections once that are free of charge (ex: eye color or small detail on the outfit). Any more corrections beyond that, as well as any request for major changes, will require an extra fee.
- Depending on the amount of complexity in details as well as the possible life circumstances for each member, commissions will take 2 weeks to 2 months for completion.
- In the event of possible extensive delays in completing your commission, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you a new estimated time of delivery.
- The studio is practicing a ‘no work during weekend’ policy, so if your order may take a little longer than the estimated time of completion for its type, please take this into consideration. We promise that we are working on commissions in full throttle during the weekdays.
- The studio will also have holiday periods during certain times of the year for the members’ compulsory breaks. However, we will make sure to finish all pending commissions before the break and only reopen for orders after we return to work.
Art Usage
Commercial Use Guideline
- The following are what we consider as Commercial Use:
- Vtuber/Streamer assets such as displayable character model, loading screen, schedule template, etc
- Redistributable item for those other than the client to use such as downloadable wallpaper, icons, emotes, etc
- Commissioned item intended for sale, advertisement/promotional material, or mass production
- Commissioned item used as business/company website or platform banners
- The following are what we do not consider as Commercial Use:

- Commissioned item used only for client’s (or their intended recipient’s) private property such as phone, computer, and other personal gadget
- Commissioned item to be produced into physical merchandise intended only for private use
- Commissioned item reuploaded by client on their own website or platform for their personal archive gallery (as long as credit to us are fully provided)
- Commissioned item used as personal website or platform banners

- Commercial Fees will vary depending on usage:
- Our YCH to Merch: additional of one and half times (x1.5) the total of the commission fee
- Ads/Assets/Banners/etc: additional of two times (x2) the total of the commission fee
- Physical Merch to Sell: additional of three times (x3) the total of the commission fee
- Character/Outfit Design: additional of three times (x3) the total of the commission fee
