About Studio Ashray

Studio Ashray started off as a digital creative arts circle of varying artists coming together with a grand vision of collaborative works. We are aiming to grow bigger and sturdier in time as we lay out our groundworks steadily, hoping to delve more into the creations of original design concepts and storytelling series.

We ultimately aspire to be pioneers of innovative ways in shaping out and presenting our creativity as well as for others to enjoy them. This inspires our main theme of sailors and their ship.

The origin of the name Ashray was inspired by the Scottish aquatic fairy. Other than finding the records of these folks being pond dwellers and nocturnal, there weren’t any deep relations behind this name selection. Regardless, the watery and transparent aspects definitely contributed to our studio’s aesthetic of nautical decors and aquatic creatures.
